Art therapy can be of multiple types, and we will combine two of the most popular forms, painting and doodling to unwind. No art background is required for this, and you don't even have to be a creative person to do this. Whether you’re an adult or an adolescent, who experiences anxiety or stress on a daily basis, or hasn’t realised what the issue is yet, this form of therapy is for everyone. Without Art Therapy a mass amount of people would not be able to express themselves or even sometimes understand what they’re going through. Just the 'action' of painting, or drawing is therapeutic and can release emotions without having to talk in detail about something, which a lot of people avoid. The act of creating a beautiful painting can relieve stress and decrease negative emotions and a bad mood. The beauty is in the process of painting, making art with your hands, fingers, and imagination, regardless of the outcome, and in just enjoying the meditative effects of art-making.
