About The Event
Being ambitious and striving for excellence is great. However, quite often it comes with a cost: after a long time of pushing ourselves to focus, to excel, to thrive, we may suddenly face an unexpected feeling: exhaustion, uncontrolled stress, detachment, emptiness, despair, hopelessness, confusion, and eventually burnout.
How can we continue being High-Achievers but without risking our mental health?
What are the habits that we need to start early enough before it’s too late?
Join us in this workshop and find out all the tips you need to know and apply in order to protect not only your mental health but also all the things you love around you: your job, your studies, your relationships.
In this workshop, we are going to:
*Understand the ways we sabotage ourselves
*Explore toxic vs healthy perfectionism
*Equip ourselves with new tools on how to protect our mental health on a practical and emotional level
