About The Event
As students or young professionals, we often seek to be as productive as we can. Hard work and motivation might seem like enough to achieve this aim of thriving within our lives, but they are not. Our eating habits also play a major role and highly impacts our lifestyles. For this workshop, WIL wanted to offer its members the possibility to discover how to maintain a healthy
balance of energy production and the extent to which it influences our productivity and mental health.
