About The Event

Living within our digestive tract is an ever-changing ecosystem of

diverse bacteria, yeasts and viruses, which not only digest our food,

but they also play a vital role in the preparation and training of the

immune system, balance our hormones, support our mental health and

reduce inflammations caused by stress, our environment, food and other

lifestyle choices.

With 70-80% of our immune cells residing within our gut, it is important

as we move into winter months to focus on effective ways, to support

optimal immune function through everyday habits and dietary choices.

During this workshop, you will learn my top 5 steps towards optimal

health, reducing risk and keeping well this winter through healthy,

balanced nutrition
