Is there a voice in your head that tells you you will never be good enough and are you tired of feeling like an imposter in a highly competitive environment?
Amber Rahim workshop will address these themes in her workshop on how to tame your ‘monkey mind’. She will begin by describing what the monkey mind and self sabotage are. Next, she will allow attendees to identify their own saboteurs in groups and personify them. Lastly, attendees will pick a value and personify it as a coping mechanism for their self-sabotage.
