About The Event

In light of the Black Lives Matter movement and a global call to action, we find it important that we acknowledge our role in the system of structural racism that permeates our society.

We will be joined by panelists Dr. Anica Camela Mulzac, Antonevia Ocho-Coultes, and Bahumi Mogwe-Jansen for a WIL Talk on our individual positions in combating systemic racism. Whether it is within university, the corporate world, or beyond, our speakers will address how to become more aware as an ally and how we can all seek to be anti racist. The event will include three 15-minute presentations by our speakers, followed by a moderated discussion. Do you have questions you would like to be addressed? Fill in the google form here: https://forms.gle/iRc9Rb8YaJ6jnXGRA

This event is open to both WIL members and non-members, so bring yourself and your friends!
