About The Event
It is never too early (or late) to start adulting. This foundational workshop explores mental clutter, what it does to our brain, and how to declutter your mental junk drawer.
You will get some tips and tools to get clarity and integrate calm into your busy life.
So let’s trade some stories – we’ve all experienced the “clutter”, have a laugh, and free up some mental space for important things, like cultivating your leadership style.
