As the previous Chair of WIL, I have had the pleasure of being surrounded by an empowering network of women, who have not only improved WIL as an association but also each other by sharing knowledge and relevant experiences. As a Member, I have learned a lot about my potential as a leader, colleague, and friend. the workshops have allowed me to develop specific skill sets that every person can benefit from professionally, socially, and personally.
